1. Relationship of Parties
You are joining the Nima Partner Program as an Independent Contractor. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and NIMA by BUZZ THE GOLDENDOODLE LLC.
2. Commissions & Payouts
- Commission Rate: 20% on net revenue of successful, non-refunded subscriptions.
- Minimum Payout: $100.00 USD available balance.
- 30-Day Hold: Commissions remain Pending for 30 days after transaction.
- Payment: PayPal, Net-30 schedule.
3. Refund & Chargeback Policy
If a referred user receives a refund or chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.
4. Ethical Marketing
- No Spam: No unsolicited emails, automated scripts, or bot traffic.
- No Nima Bidding: No bidding on Nima branded keywords in paid search.
- Accuracy: Do not make medical claims. Nima is a wellness tool.
- Disclosure: Disclose your partnership per FTC guidelines (#ad or "Nima Partner").
5. Intellectual Property
Non-exclusive, revocable right to use Nima logos and assets for app promotion only.
6. Termination
We may terminate your account and void Pending commissions for fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or violations of these terms.
